Cocoa at Its Finest

A cocoa processing unit that supplies both industrial and artisanal clients with pure cocoa liquor (mass), cocoa butter, and cocoa powder. We specialise in single-origin Indian cocoa from West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

Our Process

We follow a controlled, standardised process to ensure product quality from bean to ingredient.

Farmer sourcing cocoa beans
STEP 01

Sourcing

We procure two grades: Artisanal Grade (fully fermented, size-sorted) and Industrial Grade (well-dried). All beans are single-origin from West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

Sorting Cocoa Beans
STEP 02

Sorting

Beans are cleaned and graded to remove defects and foreign matter, ensuring uniformity before processing begins.

Roasting Process
STEP 03

Roasting

Controlled roasting profiles develop rich flavour notes, enhance aroma, and reduce moisture to prepare beans for cracking.

Cocoa Nibs Winnowing
STEP 04

Winnowing

Roasted beans are cracked and shells are carefully separated from the meat to yield clean, high-quality cocoa nibs.

Grinding Cocoa Mass
STEP 05

Grinding

Nibs are ground in a Colloid Mill to a coarse paste, then refined in a Ball Mill to achieve smooth texture and pure cocoa liquor.

Moulding and Packing
STEP 06

Moulding & Packing

The finished liquor is moulded into slabs, blocks, or chips based on buyer specifications and professionally packed for shipment.

Testing & Quality Assurance

To meet both domestic and international standards, we follow a strict quality monitoring system:

Internal Quality Checks

Routine in-house tests for moisture, pH, temperature profiles, nib quality, particle size and flavour evaluation.

External Lab Testing

All batches can be tested at accredited laboratories for microbial limits, heavy metals, pesticide residues, FFA, moisture, alkalinity and other parameters as required.
